Descend to the surface of Fortuna III, a forgotten world, and collect treasures and resources. But be careful! Only those who make it out alive will keep the loot. Keep an eye on bloodthirsty beasts and greedy players. You will be able to negotiate with them through voice chat or go out and hunt them specifically to steal the trophies that they have worked so hard to get.

Get a seat on the nearest evacuation ship to secure your loot. Upgrade your gear, get new items, and complete faction contracts to increase your benefits and unlock new combat options. Prospecting is a long shot, but greed is sometimes rewarded by the promise of glory. After all, fortune favors the bold.

The life of the prospector is full of dangers, but it is always worth taking one more chance. You can descend alone or as a team, but beware: the more valuable the cargo, the more dangerous it is to carry. If you advance recklessly, you risk drawing the attention of a pack of slippery striders or a monstrous shredder. If you make a lot of noise defending against wildlife, you'll give away your position to another trigger-happy player. Losers go home with nothing, so don't let your guard down.

DROP TO THE SURFACE IN AN INSTANT

Map zones remain open for several hours, so prospectors can go to the planet's surface at any time, as long as there is no storm. So there's no need to wait for any queue to advance, just get down to the surface and you're good to go. Of course, while you are there, be prepared for a constant cycle of threats and opportunities.

Fortuna III is a mysterious planet teeming with life located in the outer reaches of the galaxy. Although in its day it was highly valued for its natural resources, it was totally devastated by "the cycle". This radioactive storm quickly destroyed all traces of civilization and left a trail of ghost settlements in its wake, forcing the survivors to retreat to the orbital station. The storm remains a threat, but bountiful loot and treasure await on the surface. If you return to the relative safety of the prospecting station, you will be able to secure your loot and turn in any contracts you have completed. Use your new resources to spruce up your stateroom with permanent upgrades and buy new gear. Fine-tune your favorite weapons with a wide variety of mods and equip yourself with the ideal tools for your next run. It may not be paradise, but it is home. Your home.
